Client : Human Resources Consulting Company
Business Issue :
An HR consulting company needed to build a Human Resources Information System,
(HRIS) for one of its clients. The application allows their client to track
employees, jobs, and positions within the organization, as well as salary
history, budget planning and validation, and reporting. The consulting company
has a core technical staff and needed to partner with a development company
that has three-tier development and Oracle expertise.
Solution :
BroadBase Solutions provided senior three-tier developers in a staff
augmentation role to help architect and lead the development efforts of the
application.
Result :
The consulting company was able to quickly ramp up their technology team with
temporary experienced developers and architects to deliver the HRIS application
to their client on time and on budget.

i-Open needed to build a Content Scheduling extranet to allow their clients to
display high impact advertising and promotions on their "Virtual Billboards".
i-Open has a small technical staff and needed to parter with a development
company that has Microsoft .Net and project management expertise.
Solution :
BroadBase Solutions provided a project manager and two lead developers to
oversee the management and development of the system. BroadBase co-developed
the system by incorporating two of i-Open's current technical staff.
Result :
i-Open's Content Scheduling System was finished on time and under budget. By
jointly developing the application i-Open was able to save money and keep the
knowledge of the system in-house by having theri developers incorporated into
the development team.
